1973 Chevy Truck C-301973 Chevy C/K3500C-30Silverado, reen, -Ton, ually, as, -8, 8, utomatic, ower Windows, ower Door-locks, M/CD, ustom Alluminum Flatbed is 12' and is intentionally narrower (6"+/-) than most, o give the truck a overall better look. It has two custom-made easy to pop-in/out support racks that make it possible to transport long materials. Alcoa Rims --are as nice as there is; Ten years ago they cost $1,100+, oday they sell for $1,900+. New transmission (less then 500 miles on it). New master cylinder and brake job, new Battery, pdated headlights. New L.E.D. Taillights. The engine was replaced some years back, unknown exactly when or what the actual miles on the engine is. It runs very well. The engine starts right up, uns strong, o issues. It feels tight going down the road. . . my daily driver is a late model 1/2 ton Chevy Silverado and I'm not saying tight meaning that it drives-car-like a modern 1/2 T truck, am saying for its vintage and as it's a 1-Ton, ually-beastie it feels as it should, oing down the road. Tires have lots of tread, ut are old and because they are so old need to be replaced. Interior needs freshening -a little, o a lot. Also needs some lightbulbs (roof running, nside cab). Needs passenger power window cleaned-up (it's getting slow). Paint overall is good, ut the top of the hood- not so much, kinds blotches. Could benefit from paint but it gets by. Always been in inland-California, hat is away from the beach.. so little to no rust.My good friend owned this truck 40 years, old his baby to me as I thought I'd keep it 40 years.. but plans changed..so.. It could be an exceptional truck for the next 40+ years for the person who sees that and gets it back in shape, nd keeps it up. This C-30 is: Affordable to mess with, ecause many things are still simple enough that they can be done without automotive computers, pecialized tools and training it's simple andaccessible enoughthat you can still do a lot. It's useful too, 1-Ton, ually worker-bee that has character/soul... Do rice-burning trucks have souls? I don't know. I'm thinking -no they don't. It's old enough that if you wanted to, t can be tagged and insured for less as a California historic vehicle, t's smog exempt. I have a clean & clear California title in hand. Reduced the priced for quick sale. Located in Banning, A-off: HWY 243, hich is 9 miles off HWY 10 Banning, A. have bought a car on EBay in the past, nd sold a motorcycle on EBay -It's simple enough.
