1970 Chevy Impala convertible project car clear title restore

You are bidding on a 1970 Chevy Impala. I don't know everything there is to know about the car other than the car was purchased in 1971, he owner was starting to paint strip it and was going to restore it and his wife had passed away and he never touched it. he had it in his shed and since we have had it its been inside storage as well. everything for the car appears to be there, have not been able to get into the trunk and did not kill the deck lid to get into it.the lower fenders need patched and inner fenderliners need lower bold on parts as they are rusted.the most likely original 350 motor is in the car turns freely not locked up and is and ac car. 10 bolt rear I doubt itsposi.frame looks good. use pictures as your guide for bidding and if you are not from the USA don't bother bidding, f I feel your feedback numbers are sketchy I will delete your bid unless you communicate with me.
