1946 Chevrolet Fire Truck

1946 Chevrolet Fire Truck, how 13,375 miles. 236 cu. in. straight six, anual with 2 speed rear axle. y-splitter valve fire pump. Equipped with, iren, ights that may need work, oses are worn, rass nozzle, adder, xe, ike pole, anker bar, ire extinguishers are there but unserviceable. Engine start with new 6 volts battery and carburator. New water pumps no leaks. Engine harmony balancer need to be repair. Does not runs, eeds brake master cylinder, ood tires hold air that shows age and weather cracks. Solid body no rust that will not take much to be road worthy. Interior is in great shape, indows roll up and down easily. Doors shot tight and locks with original key. Wind shield crank is worn but can be push in and out with no effort. Really shows a very clean interior with original bench seat. Driver side front fender has been repaired sometime in the pass, ot bad please see pictures. Chassis is very clean, o rust and all mechanical parts in good working condition except brakes. Perfect to restore, rive as is or will make a great car hauler. Truck was originally from Protection Kansas and brought to Central Texas in the late 80’ Build by American Fire Apparatus Battle Creek Michigan. Clean Texas Title on my name. It was as a military vehicle and cannot find VIN on the truck. Trying to be as honest as I can so no surprises.
