ROBINS EGG BLUE 1955 5 WINDOW 3100 PICKUP, TRAIGHT SIX CYLINDER, SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION ON THE COLUMN, XTENSIVE RESTORATION, ATCHING BLUE INTERIOR. VERY ORIGINAL NOSTALGIC TRUCK This is a first series 5 window pickup with matching blue and white interior. This gorgeous truck is rolling on a newer set of wide white radial tires and a wide white spare on the side. The bed is dent free and has a matching work box painted to match.
This was a fathers pride and joy truck that was completed a couple if years ago and kept out of the rain every since. The truck was inherited by a son who didn't have the extra garage space to store it inside like it deserved to be and decided to sell the truck. We were fortunate enough to buy it and it is truely a beautiful truck. The body of this 5 window has beautiful blue paint and great body lines. Lots of new chrome that was replaced at the time of the restoration. New bumpers front and rear, ew grill bar top and bottom and hood emblems and side emblems, ew parking light lenses, ew painted to match bed strips with matching tool box and new wood bed at the time of the restoration, ew glass all the way around with a new windshield, ide glass, ear glass and both corner glass pieces.
The interior is just as nice with new seat cover, ew re faced instrument cluster gages, reshly painted two tone dash, reshly painted crack free steering wheel and new horn cap, ew turning signal kit, ew door panels and step up plates.
Under the hood is bone stock straight six cylinder that runs like a top, onnected to a 3 speed manual shifter on the column that is a nostalgic pleasure to drive.
This time bubble truck is rolling on a freshly painted set of correct Chevy steel wheel and matching spare on the side. Wide white tires and new correct Chevrolet hub caps.
