Description of 1989 Chevrolet Camaro

I will give you a honest description of what the car has and what needs to be done. Up for sale is this 1989 Chevrolet Camaro RS. This car was giving to me by my uncle who was the original owner. Car runs well. The car has original 135,000 miles. The tags are current and are due in March for renewal. I put in a new fuel pump, ew fuel filter, ew spark plugs, ew distributor and cap. The vehicle is primed and ready for a paint job if you want, personally like the way it looks as is. All electrical works. This also has a set of new Futura tires. The interior carpet needs to be changed and also needs a headliner cover. The fuel gauge is stuck on full and might be that the floater is stuck. I have a full tank of gas in it. The hood and trunk support struts need to be replaced. Also has some leaks coming from the gaskets of the transmission and oil pan. California has strict emission laws for these type of cars Buyer is responsible for pick up..Title and DMV

This vehicle comes with a clearCALIFORNIAtitle and its RegistrationIS valid through March. All taxes, ees, nd registration, mog, ees are the responsibility of the buyer.

License Plate Number: 4XDK345

CONCERNING SMOG (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY) 1976 AND NEWER VEHICLES:

Imake no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test as the testing here in California is really strict. I had the car pass smog last year.

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, tates that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, hus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
