This 1958 Biscayne Is a Very Nice Car, have enjoyed Driving it over the last couple years with my family and I always love taking it out for a cruise down the strip or out of town. The engine is believed to be the original 283 cubic inch, nbsp;It has 1600 miles on in since completely rebuilt by Flying V motorsBored 40 overMild Comp Cam2 Inch Dual Exhaust with Magnaflow Mufflers and chrome TipsRam Horn ManifoldsStock Manifold with Stock Front Oil FillEldelbrock 4 Barrel 1406 Carburetor with Electric ChokeAftermarket Aluminum Finned Air CleanerDuralast Gold Series BatteryElectric Fuel Pump Transmission was in the car when i purchased and Works great but Unsure of the history on it.I have Serviced the fluid and filter. It Shifts Great.This Transmission is Turbomatic 350 3 speed automatic which is an upgrade from original 2 speed power gluide Also added a performance Aluminum Fluid Cooler The Drive line Has Been Completely Rebuilt including the U Joints and Carrier Bearing.Rear Differential has been serviced and works fine I believe it is the stock gear ratio but I'm not sure. It picks up fine and can do 80+ and it seems happy The Front suspension has been gone thru with a New Disc Brake Conversion including brake lines, oses, ads, otors, earings and seals The Brakes have been upgraded to a dual reservoir with a power brake booster for more reliable stopping The Rally wheels are off a 1968 Camaro and they have almost New Firestone Firehawk Staggered Tires 195 70 r14 inch in Front 225 70 r14 rear The Radiator has been serviced, leaned and painted, t is a Harrison Brand Also Added a Chrome Fan Shroud for Good Cooling on hot days The Interior was redone and looks very good. They used the original colors and even the original fabric was used on the seats and door panels, nbsp;All of the seat foam was replaced and the frames cleaned up and Painted Currently The Heater Needs Work but heatercore is hooked up and holding fluid but the blower fan will not work with the switch, nbsp;The Fuel Gauge is not work but the sending unit and fuel tank are new, nbsp;There is a small dent on the quarter panel on the left side, I Reserve the Right To cancel Auction at anytime as the car is currently for sale locally Please call, mail or message me with any questions.Lee 503 839 6930 |
