Description of 1970 Chevrolet Camaro

This is a 1970 Camaro that was originally designed to become a street legal drag car. The car was in garage storage for seven years and the body work suffered (some surface rust remains). As part of Phase I of the restoration project. the following was installed: a 396/325 big block with new motor mountsa rebuilt Turbo 400 transmission with shift kit. installed with a Gear Vender Overdrive system. Fabricated transmission tunnel braced for the Gear Vender OverdriveNew Magna Flow exhaust with headersRoll bar New floor boards The car has: a 9 inch ford rear end with 4:11 gears; front coil over shocks; Weld wheels on all four corners. and rear E/T street drag radials. The brakes are essentially non-existent; this was an issue to be addressed as part of Phase II restoration efforts. This car runs and sounds awesome. The transmission shifts very strong. Sold As Is.
