Description of 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 |
Up for auction is this 1954 Chevrolet 150 2dr. Here is a list of the major items and work that has gone into it since I have owned it. · 3inch chop with a 59’ Ford truck rear window. · Frenched headlights · Lexan windows · Full air ride with notched rear frame. · Mustang II front suspension. · 4-link rear suspension. · 79’ Camero rear end, ith new drums, ylinders and shoes. · Advanced Driveline custom drive shaft · Crate Chevy 350. · Headman Headers with long flow extensions · Bitchin Caddie air cleaner · Mallory HEI · Edelbrock finned valve covers · Edelbrock intake manifold · Edelbrock four barrel · Electric fan · Aluminum radiator · Professionally rebuilt 59 Corvette Borg-Warner T-10 four speed. · Hydraulic throw out bearing · Hurst shifter · Ididit steering column · Lecarra Mark 10 steering wheel. · Coker wide white wall radials on Coker steelies · Master Power master cylinder/clutch master cylinder pedal assembly · All new brake lines with proper valves · New fuel tank · AC Delco battery · Completely rewired with E/Z wiring kit · 54’ Desoto grille with marker turn signals and new lenses · VDO gauge set with custom bezel · Stewart Warner Tach · Custom dash pan for air gauges and switches. Original glove box cover with fit over it. · Smithys glasspack mufflers The new drive train has 164 miles on it. Car starts, uns, hifts, tops. Most of the money and work are in the drive train and chassis I was in the process of converting it to power steering, nstalling remote door popper kit and power windows when I parked it. I have the stuff to complete these projects. It does not have steering linkage or a steering rack in it right now. So it cannot be driven. I have a manual and power rack that will be included. The chrome pieces for the dash and steering wheel as well as mandrel bent exhaust tubing is also included. Chop is a first time amateur's chop. Some panels are only tack welded and most are not ground out. There is a leak in one of the airlines. There is also a leak where the hose connects to the hydraulic throw out bearing. This car is still very much a project and should only be considered by someone who wants a "rat rod" project with a significant head start. I have at least 12K of receipts If you would like to come see the car, lease send me an email. If you would like extra pictures or videos please email. I live in Orlando and will not ship the car. It will need to be trailered to its new home. Please email with any questions. |
