Up for bid is a very nice 1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. I bought it from the original owners who purchased it new. The wife drove it for 30 something years to work and back. It was garaged when not being driven and a cover put on it. It does have some minor problems and I will describe all that I know. The left speaker is out, the hood latch cable needs replacing, clock does not work, AC needs work, shifter does not read on dash, several dash lights need replacing although they all light up and the dashboard is cracked. Beyond those minor items, it runs and drives marvelously! I have not found any rust on body (some spotted rust on trim pieces). My wife drove it down from Pennsylvania last week and enjoyed the "boat" ride as she put it. She said she had forgotten how the cars of yesterday rode so smoothly and she loved the power the car had with no pulling or play in the steering. It does have the 305CI V8 motor, has plenty of power and a very smooth transmission. My mechanic changed shocks and did a tune-up on it when we bought it. I checked all motor fluids when we got back from Pennsylvania, all were good. I do have original dealer sticker. It is still registered in Pennsylvania. I have set a reserve and if you want more pics please email me. Serious inquiries only please.
