Turn key driver. Originally a factory 348. Car received a 350 small block Chevy V8 in the 80's when first restored by Alan Morrison. Still has the factory Power Brakes. 1960's GM Three Speed manual transmission, NOS Hurst Mystery Shifter from 1961. Brakes were gone through in October 2015. New Fuel Tank and straps, Shoes, Brake Drums, Wheel Cylinders, rebuilt master cylinder, brake hoses, rebuilt and balanced driveshaft, Edelbrock 600 CFM Carburetor. New Windshield and back glass with new rubber. New Dual exhaust with Porter glasspacks, exhaust dump tubes and side exit exhaust just like it had in 1962. New Chrome reversed wheels from Pete Paulsen, New Bias Ply Tires from Coker. Some of it's old show chrome from the 60's is still present, hood hinges and springs, rear backing plates and trailing arm. Body mods: Grille features over 100 1959 Edsel Dash control knobs on expanded metal. Canted 58 Lincoln Headlights. Butted 56 Packard tail lights in custom hand formed openings, rounded hood corners, frenched dual antennas,Roll pan, Rear quarter trim is front fender spears reversed, trunk scoops, shaved door handles with solenoids from 1962, decked with same heavy duty 1962 solenoid, recessed license plate. Replica 1961 Wisconsin plates with 62 Reg tags featuring the same number were custom made for the car when it was shown this year at both the Grand National Roadster Show and Sacramento Autorama.
