This rare 1958 sedan sports the classic styling & design of the one year only model. These sedans are harder to find as they were not saved like the more common 2 door Impala and Bel Air models. As the 2 doors are now pushing in the $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 ranges… these classic styled 4 doors are being sought as a more affordable alternative!!

HISTORY:This Biscayne Sedan is from a single family ownership, passed on down through several generations. It has lived it life in dry desert type areas of Texas. This was a good running, driving and licensed car that was brought here for repaint & further restorations. As an estate type sale that now must be sold.

This 58 Chevrolet has had older modifications, using 1970’s Chevy Camaro running gear with V8 and turbo 350 Automatic transmission. It also has newer interior, with plush front split seats, plush door panels, new carpet and all new custom matching headliner. Car does have minor dents, areas & trim that need work or upgrades. Most glass is good, windows roll up and down. Recent receipt included showing all new front windshield & rubber seal professionally installed at a cost of about $1,000.00!

Overall as you can see under hood and in trunk, this is an extremely solid car that is 99% rust free! Sale includes hinges, which were partially disconnected under hood and trunk to start restorations, new mirrors and other parts. It appears engine has also been recently redone, as it fires right up and car runs strong and smooth and burns no oil. Transmission shifts fine and no leaks noted. These rare sedans now book at $20K to $30K based upon average market sales. This would make a great father/son or family fun project needing work and paint.
