All vehicles are sold AS IS, with no warranties expressed or implied. Seller reserves the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The buyer will automatically submit a $500 nonrefundable deposit via PayPal when using the "buy it now" option. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 business days of auction closing. Acceptable forms of payment are: wire transfer, cash or check (funds must clear before release of vehicle). Buyer is responsible for any cost incurred in obtaining possession of the vehicle, as well as sales tax and registration fees. Buyer must take delivery of vehicle within 2 weeks of final payment, unless other arrangements are agreed to. Payment must be made in US dollars. Seller will only accept bids from buyers with good feedback ratings
