1953 Chevy 1/2 ton Panel Truck Runs, Drives, NO RESERVE lots of PATINA!!

I am relisting this truck as top bidder never contacted me after winning, bid only if you are serious about buying this truck! this Rare barnfind 1953 Chevy 1/2 ton original panel truck was found in storage from a older gentleman who wanted to restore it the same as his dry cleaners delivery truck but due to illness could not get to the project. This truck, in my opinion,has one of the cleanest interiors including wood, floors, seams inner fenders front floor etc all are in great shape for the age as pictured and vidoed. The rear doors open and shut and latch like they should as video shows. If you elect to paint it, you are looking at it inits original faded patina so you know what you are working with. If you elect to shoot it in clear coat with a logo on the sides, it would look awesome! Note the bullet holes in the rear fender area that went through the truck but didnt go through the side, you can still see the out going indentations, really neat! you can leave it for patina or address it.

The truck is a 216 6 cyl with a three speed manual shift on the floor! The previous owner moved the column shift to a floor shift and he told me it could use some adjusting but I had no problem shifting. As the video shows, it shifts all gears and reverse and cruises down the road very nice. The truck has had a complete tune up with a carb rebuild and new master brake cylinder wth new brake lines/shoes to to the rear. We put new exhaust on, new light bulbs, fuel pump, new starter etc. the original tank look dirty so we ran it off a aux tank. the window glass is there as pictured but the driver side door glass is missing. The truck is running off a 12 volt battery. The tires are good.

As everybody has their own opinion on what a unrestored 63 year old truck should be, I recommend inspecting yourself by appointment or having ebay do a inspection for you before bidding.
