This 1964 Corvette convertible is a very dependable daily driver. It is red with a white interior and white soft top. The odometer has never worked in the 5 years that I have owned the car. Paperwork suggests approx. 100,000 miles (stuck on 84,091). Everything on the dash is in working order including clock and original AM/FM radio. The engine is a 65 block 327 with a Edelbrock aluminum intake and large Holly carb. The car performs like the original 327/365 it was born with and sounds great with the side exhaust. The r/e ratio feels like 3.70 and the Hurst shifter and 4 spd are very smooth. There are indications that this 52 yr old may have had front end collision repair at some time but the chrome and paint are in very good condition despite a number of chips. The headlight mechanisms are in working order as is the horn, lights, and wipers. There are several cracks in the fiberglass body and the carpeting needs replacement. The frame and "birdcage" are in good / solid condition. Front disc braces have been added (power assisted) and Diamonback Michelin red line tires give a solid / stable ride. The wheels are 68 Corvette rallies with good caps & rings. Car has been stored from Nov to April every year and used as a daily driver in dry weather the other months.
