Description of 1965 Chevrolet C-10

This truck has had a frame off restoration a year and a half ago. All body parts were painted off the truck inside and out, except for inside the door, but it was sprayed as well as I could. Newly rebuilt original 283 with RV cam. Original 2bbl carb was replaced with a 1967 Quadrajet intake and rebuilt carb. Original SM318 three speed transmission which has had new bearings and gaskets installed, Three on the tree. Shifts great! Rear end was rebuilt with new 3.73 gears, new carrier and pinion bearings as well as axle bearings. Drive shaft rebuilt and balanced. New Control arm bushings. New body mounts. New gas tank, sender sealed with aircraft fuel tank sealant. No fuel smell in cab! New lower ball joints. New motor and bell housing mounts. Power steering added from 69 Chevy truck. New tie rods installed for a 69 which are larger than original. Vintage air conditioning added and blows cold. New Windshield, side windows and vent windows. Windows tinted. New door handles inside and out. Seat out of a 95 Chevy Silverado for head restaints. Seat belts added. New clutch, pressure plate and TOB. Accel HEI distributor. New radiator. New fuel pump. Class 5 hitch with 7 prong plug.
Truck had the following replaced 5 years ago before I bought the truck.
New starter and solenoid, new shocks, new brakes, wheel cylinders, brake system flushed. All hoses and belts. Rubber brake lines. Replaced exhaust manifolds and gaskets. New dual exhaust. New voltage regulator.
I still have all the original items that came with the truck so it could be put back to completely original. Also have a set of steel rims and hub caps. Original heater system, original new manual steering box and linkage. Original two bbl carb and manifold with breather.
Many other items replaced. Over $17,000 invested without figuring my time.
