1970 Chevelle SS Convertible 396 Cold A/C Cranberry Red A+ !

Schroeder Motors is proud to offer this 1970 Chevelle Convertible for sale.

I'd like to say that there is no such thing as a perfect car,...BUT,....this one is pretty nice and should be considered to be in the "Too nice to drive" category,...or at least on the Border.

There are two things that I don't like about the Chevelle....after that,...I love everthing about it. Here are the two things.

1. The Parade Boot Cover does not fit perfectly.

2. Under the Drivers Rear Wheel Molding....there's a scratch/chip & a slight,..very hard to see ding.

Other than that,....this Chevelle is Gorgeous,...Fun to Drive and has Cold A/C.

Here we go.

The Exterior Condition.

Excellent paint,...on all panels showing excellent depth, shine and clarity. The painted Rally Stripes are tight in the corners,...the chrome is terrific and the top is new,...so it's excellent too of course.

On the 1 to 5 Scale,..a Number 1 Car being the Best,....this is a strong # 2.

Cosmetically Excellent,...almost too nice to drive.

The Interior Condition.

Same way in here,....all new,..all tailored very well,...Even the Clock Works! The Radio works,..but sounds horrible by todays audio standards,...I don't knock it for that:)

The carpets are super nice,...the Tilt Wheel is Nice and the Tach/Odometer Work as well. The door panels are like new,...this Chevelle presents itself today probably better than when it did when it was new in the Showroom....in 1970.

It's a # 2 in here also.

The Engine & Transmission Condition.

Pure Harmony between Man & Machine....what a nice Exhaust Note,...very smooth,...a quiet growl best describes it. It's a Muscle Car Sound but without over doing it.

The 396 is extremely well tuned,..the transmission is just as impressive,..the Engine Bay Detail is the Best I've EVER Seen....and that's saying something after 25 years in this business. You could drive it any day,...any distance at any safe speed,...with ease and total confidence. I would have to rate the Mechanical Condition a 2 also,...hard to do most of the time,...but this car is Sorted Out and Ready to GO!

The Undercarriage & Trunk Condition.

Under the car,...you could eat,...lick or whatever your heart desires under there:) Framed Off cannot be faked,..this undercarriage is excellent and it's in concert with the rest of the car.

The Trunk is nice,..solid and painted with a mat I'm limited on the photos that I can load....if you text me "Trunk" or "Undercarriage",...I'll return those pics to your phone without being a pest. Trust me,...after this many years in the business,...I've learned that being that Peskey Car Salesman is NOT how it's done. It's your money,..you'll know if the car speaks to you....and make a move on it if it does. I'm just here to do the paperwork:)

In Closing.

This is not a Perfect car,...there's no such thing. But,..if you so enclined to own one of the nicest Chevelle's in the market,...here is one of those level of cars.
