1979 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO PRO STREET

Titled and liscensed, streetable, runs on E85 right out of the pump. Haven't raced it yet, just now got it going. Needs paint and body work,not a show car! Well built, all lights and signals work. I don't own a trailer so its built to drive. I have had it out and it is going to get me in trouble! Loud, but a blast to drive. Fuel syste, Magna Fuel 500 all#10 braided line splitter for NOS. Mallory fuel pressure guage, All guages are Autometer Sport Comp all new, 850 e85 carb, MSD Ign. 7AL box start retard etc. ALL switches are on relays, removeable steering wheel, will have new driver belts this week, new radiator twin fans doesn't get hot. 511 bbc, 12:5:1 comp must run E85 its cheaper than race fuel and regular gas! Besides NOS loves it. Dart heads solid roller 700+ lif, Jomar stud girdle I shift at 6500 could go more but why.Strange AL,9" center with 5:13 gears, 35 spline Moser Axles,Trans is a Jeffco with a converter drive meaning no clutch to burn up, Has CO2 bottle you must press trans button to engage from nuetral to reverse etc. no big deal easy to use. Once you are in gear just pull the levers! Don't have to put in neutral at stops etc., Jeffcos down shift also!Weld rims with 33x22.5 Hoosier Quick Time pros, front are VW radials, 4 link rear,full cage I have wheelie bars and chute not installed chute has bracket and can be used etc. Wheelie bars need welded to rear yet. All steel car have a 5" cowl hood not on it yet.Has twin nitrous bottles and a plate setup with purge, needs installed under carb its all new, My number is 217-690-1580

Iam not asking a crazy amount just trying to recoupe what I invested started this 2 years ago and no time to enjoy it (its a beast not for the new drivers).This motor with a 950 e85 carb took the TA5:90's in the 1/8.Very few runs or miles on this stuff, Jeffcodrive train etc. all new.These are all the pictures Iam takeing. Low reserve,its under what I have investeded.

More info on motor,studded block top and bottom, Eagle rotateing assembly all forged rods crank pistons etc. Iam going to run a fogge, intake is drilled for it, and the plate setup. Intake is a Team G, really need a 1050 Dominator ( I had one on it ran great but not street friendly) All NOS lines ran as well as push button and purge button etc. Just not shown in pictures. Have wipers etc, also. Motor should handle 7000 rpm shifts and about 400 on NOS. That is my plan anyway if it doesn't sell. Also Torque drive came from a Pro Mod car so its bullet proof as well trans is new as well as converter. Not going to blow smoke and say this car will go deep 8's in the quarter, on paper it should but reality is very humbling sometimes!

Iam going to try and get people off the fence and start bidding, its under $20000.00 (well under) if I had it painted it would be priced like all the rest, TOO HIGH! People have been watching too much TV, I should have a buy it now for $25000.00 as it sits! Seen worse and with less H.P. Anyway don't be a tire kicker shoot me an offer! The worst is a no. No I won't take a $5000.00 loss, will sell as a roller if you want it that way but its a good deal if my reserve is met.Parts break down:trans converter Torque drive $8500.00Engine without NOS $5500.00Rims and tires $1800.00Center with axles $1550.00Fuel system all lines fuel cell etc. $1000.00+NOS $750.00+Guages etc. $500.00 plus This doesn't include the car or anything else, Iam going to take a slight loss to move it, well if you figure it up I guess I will be takeing a $5000.00 loss!!! Ouch but its what I have it at so quit dragging feet lets get it done!OH YES JESUS RULES!!!!! AND HE IS COMEING SOON!!!! And you want to go in the first round not the second!
