I purchased this car for my wife to drive but her legs are short and she is not comfortable driving it that way so it's for sale. This 1974 camaro has a 1970 lt1 350 in it with a small cam, headers, full dual exhaust and sounds and drives great. The transmission was also updated to a 700r4 for better highway driving with the 355 posi rear that was installed also. Even after all that the car still retains it factory a/c system. The power windows work good and the doors open and close as they should. The previuos owner purchased the car in 1980 I have the papers to show that and had it until last march when he moved south and was not able to take the car with him. The car had a restoration of sorts back in 1987 when the interior was done new quarters were installed and the car was painted. Since then it has been well cared for the paint was has faded maybe a sand and buff would help but it will need a repaint to be a show/cruisenight winner. By no means is it embarassing it looks great going down the road. It drives very well and has plenty of power. The bottom of the car is very solid I only see two small pin holes ion the floor on the passanger front and it has all original floor pans in it as of now. I didn't erpaint anything so as not to make it look like I was trying to hide something so please remeber that as you look over the pictures. If you need to see a particular spot please ask I will do my best to show you what you ask about. This is a very straight and solid car to either just drive and enjoy or do a easy clean up and take it to your local cruise nights. Ask me anything you need to know to make a proper decsion on your next classic car purchase!! On May-29-16 at 08:22:24 PDT, seller added the following information: Had the Camaro out this morning for cars and coffee it ran beautiful as always. The temp was around 80 sunny and a little humid so I turned on the a/c and it was working great! nice cold a/c is a plus for this classic!! So come on and bid don't miss out on a really great driver and an easy car to turn into a cruise night winner!!
