Description of 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS

This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS has undergone a complete restoration. It is a very nice car for anyone to enjoy without breaking the bank. This is a SS with a 396/402ci Big Block, 4-speed and is not a numbers matching car. What the car is a very nice restore ready to drive and enjoy and not have to spend money on restoring anything.

This car is nice inside, out, and underneath. It was fully restored and finished in the winter of 2016. Basically everything on the car is either new or rebuilt. The paint is Bolero Red with Black interior and Black stripe, the color combo is stunning. The car has a quality paint job on it and is straight down the sides. No rust issues with this car with all new metal. Before it was painted, the car was completely disassembled. All chrome and trim is all new. The Black bumble bee stripe is painted and then clear coated.

The drive train is fresh also, it has a 396/402ci. The car comes with power disc brakes, power steering and a 4-speed transmission with a 12 bolt rear end with 3.42 gears (I think), shocks are new as is everything else. New raised white letter tires have been mounted on rally wheels with new flat cap centers. Exhaust is new also and sounds great.

Like everything else, the interior is new. It has the ever-popular black standard interior and looks very nice. Dash pad, door panels, carpet, headliner, sun visors, etc, etc everything is new.

This car is clean everywhere you look, this car is not a 100 point national show car, great for local cruise-ins and a few local shows and should get a trophy or two, or just enjoy having a very nice restored 1st generation Camaro sitting in your garage, and is priced at just a fraction of what a true # matching SS Big Block car would cost.
