Senior citizen disposing of classic car collection... I purchased this car from the 2014 Meecum Kissimmee auction in Florida...It is a very nice driver quality vehicle that needs a few small adjustments....It sounds, runs and drives beautifully with the exception of having to let off slightly on the gas to make final shift Motor very tight., no smoke or overheating or motor noise at all. .. Has new firestone redline tires, nearly new convertible top and a very nice interior, The paint, windshield, and chrome are all very nice. The ac blower and compressor were coming on when I bought it but not today. It just passed the 2016 Texas safety inspection with flying colors... I just replaced the trans pan and gasket, including new fluid and the modulator valve which was leaking...I left it parked in one spot afterwards and a drip the size of a quarter was all that was left.... the right window is out of adjustment . I have several cars to sell and as I sell one I will move onto the next.. they include : 1951 Ford convertible with automatic, low miles 1951 Ford Victoria cpe, that was supposedly a streetside vehicle in the movie "I walk the line" about Johnnie Cas, a 1957 Ford Ranchero, a 1971 Ford Ranchero GT with Air Induction 351, and a very nice 1973 Mercury montego brougham cpe. I have only driven the corvette about 15 miles since I bought it as my body size is much too large to fit in the car... I did drive it last week to be able to offer a good description of its performance....very cold natured at first due to choke being out of adjustment....Brakes perfect. vehicle mileage is sold "exempt" If you have any questions, be sure to ask... I have a below market reserve on this car and plan to sell it..... I will help in any way possible, also, to facilitate shipping...thanks for your interest in my car.....
