1937 Chevy pick up truck 1/2 ton Shortbox pick up truck!

This 1937 Chevy truck was owned by a farmer in hepper Iowa since 1964. I do not know the last time it was on the road but when I found it at a estate sale in 2001, I was impressed by how complete it still is. This truck has the 216 enigne intact and a manul trans that shifts all gears. The engine is stuck and I have not tried to loosen it. I did put some solution in the cylinders to soak. What impressed me is the frame is very solid. The cab floors look good as pictured and videoed and the body looks mostly complete. Be sure to study the pics and videos as there is rust/dings etc in the body. The wood floor is out of the box and it is missing a tailgate. The dash, guages,windshield crank, etc look good. The truck rolls with ease and steers. I am selling this as I do not have the time to take it to the next level. This would make a great start for a restoration or convert to a hot rod or rat rod. Understand this truck needs a complete restoration.The title is clean and ready for you to register and the numbers match the vin tag on the truck. I do not want to overcall it or undercall, what you see is what you get. As everybody has thier own opinion on what a classic unrestored chevy truck should be, I recommend coming by appointment to check the truck out or hire ebay to do a independant inspection for you.
