Description of 1968 Chevrolet C-10 454 |
For sale is my custom 1968 GMC C-10 short bed pickup. I bought it from the builder in Salt Lake City a year ago, and I can provide his shops information if you need. It was the owners personal vehicle, and he took a lot of pride building it. Lots of time, money, and love went into this truck. The paint is pretty good, but is an older respray. I had it professionally buffed and polished, but it's not perfect. It has been lowered with a accuair suspension kit. This is the same kit used by most of the top builders, and is considered to be the top of the line system. It has a custom mounted controller next to the shift knob, and has sensors by each wheel that self levels the truck at all times. The rest of the suspension is porterbuilt. New front control arms, front sway bar, all 4 ball joints and shock mounts, and 4 link rear kit. The bed is yellow pine and has been stained with minwax grey. It has custom etching in each corner, by Smuglabs (Brett Blaisdell) in Salt Lake. Gas tank has been relocated to the rear, and is under the bed. Wheels are Coy's Wheels. 20x7 in the front and 20x8 in the rear. 454 with Edlebrock Performer parts. 70R4 auto transmission. Yukon 370 gears, and Mark Williams Street Line axles. Also a Lokar shifter. Bluetooth stereo with 4 10 inch subs behind the seat.My number is8168123762 if you have questions |
