1955 Chevrolet half ton (2nd Series) truck for sale. This example of the first year of the body change is relatively complete. It has an updated 6 cylinder engine (I think it is a 250 cu. in.) with a 4 speed manual transmission. The engine turns over and appears to have good strong compression on all 6 cylinders. Headlights are missing as well as the radiator. The bed floor (wood) is gone. It has the typical rust in the front fenders and cab corners but the interior cab floor does not look to have any rust through areas. The headlight eyebrows are not rusted through. It has a really nice seat (correct for the year). Glass needs replacing. The bed fenders are a little rough but I have additional fenders (driver side spare tire cut-out) in decent shape that can be purchased reasonably if desired. I have too many project vehicles so I am selling a few of them and reducing my inventory to a realistic number. The truck is sold with a notarized bill of sale only upon receipt of payment in full. I do not have a title for the vehicle however in Oklahoma a title can be issued if the fees are paid (@ $150-$200 on average and about 4-6 week process). A $250.00 deposit is due at the time of purchase via PayPal. The balance is due within 7 days of auction ending payable by cash or bank wire transfer only. The truck is sold as is, where is. Pickup and delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. I will not accept a cashier’s check or PayPal for the balance of the purchase.
