Description of 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS

From my private collection, I am selling my 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS 427. Original mileage is 36,318. I have owned this car since Easter 2004 (12 years). Always garage kept. Never kept outside or driven in the rain or bad weather.
This is a very rare car in that it is factory equipped with the 4-speed manual transmission with Muncie shifter. It is the real deal. Even though the mileage is as low as it is, the motor has been gone through with original parts upgrades and what wasn't replaced was carefully rebuilt. The 427 motor boasts 385 horsepower. Rear end is posi-trac and 3:73:1 ratio. Car has been regularly and professionally serviced since new. It has matching numbers and well kept maintenance records. Bottom line, it is sweet.
Interior of gold on gold matches the exterior of car perfectly. Dash and seats are in excellent condition with no rips or splits. Dash has full gages (not lights). Chrome and glass are in excellent condition. Has an AM/FM radio, bucket seats, console, factory tinted glass, power steering & front disc brakes. Nice interior accents like the brushed aluminum console that matches the dash. Wheels are the factory Rally wheels in flawless condition with Redline tires that are like new.
The exterior is close to showroom condition with very few imperfections that you would have to look for to find. This is a 49 year old car so do consider. It was re-painted at one point with the original factory color. The car itselfis super solid and super fast and you can actually drive this car without having to worry about breaking something. I would drive this car anywhere and at any distance. The Impala SS 427 came with a special hood and chrome hood ornament which sets it apart from other Impalas. Has front corner lamps and front and rear chrome bumper guards. This is a rust-free Texas car that has never been in an accident.
