Description of 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Post Car

This is a frame-off rotisserie restoration on an absolute laser-straight body with flawless. deep black paint. All stainless trim and badging has been professionally polished or replaced with new pieces and the bumpers are triple-plated show-chrome. The undercarriage is immaculate and fully detailed. The engine is a custom-built small-block 400 Chevrolet engine stroked to 409ci. The engine runs smooth and strong with Proline aluminum heads. nbsp; roller rockers and chrome Edelbrock dual-quad carburetors. The 2 ½ inch Stainless Steel exhaust is bolted to stock ram horn exhaust manifolds The transmission is a Muncie M22 Rockcrusher that has been completely rebuilt to stock specs. The rear-end is a 12-bolt with new posi unit and 3:73 gears. Tires and wheels are new and include Goodyear Assurance tires (215/65/R15 on front and 235/60/R16 on rear) mounted on American Racing Torque thrust wheels. A new spare is also included using the same tire and wheel combination. The new Fawn-Beige interior is from CARS including the headliner and matching carpeting. all professionally installed. New tinted glass has been installed all around. The dashboard and gauges have been professionally restored and finished and include the radio-delete and heater-delete options with a below-dash gauge cluster and column-mounted tach for that right-out-of-the-Sixties look. This car is easily a #1 show car that can also be street driven and enjoyed. No expense was spared putting this car together; rides and handles better than new.
