Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. If you will finance the purchase of this car, make sure that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding; call J.J. Best or Woodside Credit.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. Again, Shipping is 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I am happy to help arrange it for you with a local Denver transporter that I trust but you will have to pay his quote 100% upon delivery. This part of the transaction is between YOU and the TRANSPORTER. If you run into issues with the Transporter, again, that's between you and him as I will not accept a return of the vehicle.
