I purchased this Suburban in 2006 to pull trailers and haul stuff I couldn't fit in my cars. I had the motor replaced with a GM crate motor a year after buying the Suburban. Basically EVERYTHING under the hood except the throttle body and AC compressor were changed. The whole bill was right at $3000 dollars, and I have receipts for the engine purchase, installation, and extra parts that were bought. I also had the transmission serviced when I purchased the truck. Everything on the truck functions as it should, and I've repaired/replaced anything that has malfunctioned. This truck has the 3rd row seat in good condition also, but it's been stored in my house, and I forgot to install it for pictures. The 4 wheel drive works perfectly. The AC blows cold and both front and rear air controls work, and I've replaced the front heater blower motor also. I replaced the battery a little less than 2 years ago. I also have another set of rims with Cooper Discoverer A/T tires on them. They're the original factory rims, and I only run the tires in the winter due to their tread pattern. The Suburban had 234,751 miles on it when the motor was replaced, so it has been driven less than 41,000 miles since everything has been done. Basically, you're getting a low mileage truck with a 1992 body. I honestly wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere and for any distance. I don't pull trailers anymore, and I hardly ever drive it, so I've decided it's time to go. I am negotiable on the price.
