This '57 Nomad is a time capsule complete and unchanged from the 1960s out of San Diego, CA

It is a numbers matching 283 4 barrel 220 hp power packV8 with a 2 speedpowerglide

Original power brakes and power steering both in working order

Electric wipers in good working order

Black diamond tuft interior stitched up in Tijuana as was so commonly done in the '60s in CA

Sheet metal fit is perfect around doors and hood with all body mounts solid.

Working spot light/rearview mirror option

Tailgate works well with limited bowing of the upper window frame, extend cables are broken

Very limited rust on the inner rocker panels, spare tire well is excellent

Runs and drives/handles excellent, a nice driver as is even with the old tires

Needs new exhaust but have been using as is

All the lights work including the interior dome

This isan amazingly complete Nomad with all the interior and exterior trim intact

Excellent base for restoration with all the hard to find parts present or use as is

Cruises comfortably at freeway speeds having attended a couple of long distance shows

Non-original to the car is the upholstery, steering wheel, rocker covers,wheels, & air cleaner

Have enjoyed hitting the show circuit over the summer, it always draws a crowd

Truly apiece of history frozen in timefrom the 1960s
