Description of 1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo |
Been owner of this beauty since 1994. Have all documents and repair service papers since then. Started restoring her but now I don't have the time to finish her. Low Miles on Rebuilt 350 Small Block Engine in 2003. drove her a few years and she's been parked ever since. Currently registered as Non-Op. so there is no penaltys to register. And. no smog needed because of vehicle age. at least here in California. 350 Tranny Runs Great. New Holly Water Pump. New Edelbrock Manifold. New Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb. . New Radiator. New Fan and Fan Shroud. New Alternator. New Ignition Coil. New Steering Column Assembly. New Master Brake. too much to list. No Accidents. Does not start due to missing Distributor which is easy to find and not too expensive. Solid Body with one dent to drivers side door. Also has minor surface rust and paint is starting to peel near rear window moldings. Suspension parts are practically all new such as Springs. Shocks. Mounts. Arms. etc. and lots of chrome parts in the engine bay. Have many more new parts I ordered still in package ready to be installed such as new fender trim moldings. I feel that my price is very realistic for a collector car like this one with the potential that this vehicle has. P. S. I added new photos of engine with Air Filter on and off. to show you Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb and Edelbrok Performance Manifold. One pic shows red rag. that's where I covered hole where the distributor would go. Just slide one in and your good to go. She also has MSD Heli-Core Performance Wires already. put on new with spark plugs shortly before parked. Also has MSD Blaster Performance Ignition Coil. Lots of chrome parts. Water Pump. Timing Chain Cover. Alternator Clamp. Water Hose Neck. K&N Valve Cover Filter. man I put alot of work and money in her. But like I said I just can't finish her. with my schedule and 2 year old. dont think so. I hope someone can Finish her proper and get her back on the road where she deserves to be. |
