Description of 1991 Chevrolet S-10

Overall this little truck is in pretty good condition. it needs some love but it is a solid base for a streetruck or a Saturday night racer[if you could ever get it to hook up]. With 454 cubic inches this thing has all kinds of torque. However the engine except for a holley carb seems pretty stock. It starts right up and idles smoothly. The oil pressure runs about 55 lbs. You won't have any cooling issues. There aren't any funny noises. The wiring should be cleaned up and she would look better under the hood. Whoever built this truck had a vision. If I met him I would shake his hand. The mechanical and modifications to it where done very well and are beautifully simple. in the pictures the tailgate is missing but I have it and will put it on if I can It will need rear tires. It will always need rear tires! The exhaust is pretty quiet for the amount power it has. Why am I getting rid of it? It's too much for me At 50mph you kick it down and it smokes the tires. that's pretty hairy. This truck needs a caretaker or a curator. Some one that will respect it because this thing is a hand full. I took my wife for a ride and let her drive it. She said it was nice and I told her to punch it and she screamed when it it went sideways. We both came to the conclusion it's just too wild for us. If you buy this thing and you are young I might not sell it to you. I need some kind of proof you won't kill yourself in it. If you are old you should have the sense to respect the thing. It's like a Shelby in a lot of waysAs always. the truck is sold as is where is. no warranty. The buyer is responsible for shipping and I will help get it on the truck any way I can. A down payment of $500 is due 3 day from the auction end the balance in 7 days. Good luck.
