It has the desirable 700 R4 transmission which was installed properly, not one of those cobbled up installations. The motor was professionally rebuilt, has double-hump heads;frame & underside soda blasted. Disc brakes added onfront wheels, plus dual master cylinder. Differential is 3.36. Exterior taken town to bare metal and repainted Charcoal Gray with red side stripe. Interior completely re-done by a professional shop. All mechanics replaced or rebuilt as needed including the power steering. This is a quality restored vehicle that you can drive with confidence anywhere. This is not a Concourse Show Car but will get trophy's at many local car shows if you are a car show person. We are not! We prefer to enjoy our cars by driving them and do so on week-end tours whenever possible, so they must be dependable. My friend is reluctantly disposing of his small car collection because his eyesight is failing and his wife is in an assisted living center so he has quit driving his vehicles.This car has always been kept in a garage from the time he bought it. Speedometer and gauges rebuilt; odometer reset to zero miles during restoration.
