This 1947 chevy truck is one of a kind, GM made these trucks from June thro Dec 1947. It was the new "Advance Design Truck" it has the transmission that came on the early models, 3-speed thru the floor, hand brake that extended thru the floor next to the transmission shifter and the gas tank would be located under the floor of the bed. I restored this truck in 2002 frame off, this truck also has factory split running boards. This design would go on for another seven years with changes to gear lever, emergency brake and gas tank.
