Click above arrow for video of this 1972 Chevy 1/2 ton C10 survivor pick up truck running and driving around our farm! (if doesnt work try watching on non mobile device like home pc!) This 1972 Chevy C10 1/2 ton pick up truck was purchased in 2014 from from a farmer in lamoure North Dakota who told me he was the second owner of the truck. It has a current registration with a clear title that matches the vin plate. This truck comes with the original owners manual and data plate (see pics) This truck is original paint with the original interior. I would highly recommend leaving the patina as it shows really well. The previous owner told me the only body work he ever did to the truck was about 5 years ago when he address the rocker panels. He did a great job.The truck comes with the RARE Tilt steering wheel and the Custom trim package. I drove the truck around 50 miles and it is ready to use as a daily driver as you bring it to the level you want. The headlights, tailights, and blinkers and guages work. The brakes stop the truck and the truck starts up on the first try every time I have tried. I pulled it out of storage from my heated building and decided to leave the truck exactly as you see it and as I had bought it. I didnt even wash it! The truck has sat for two years until I did the video yesterday. The truck still ran and drove great at 50 mph with no play in the steering. The v8 enigne ran great with no knock misses or smoke. I would recommend changing the fluids and generally going through the truck before using it as a daily driver. The tires are good and held air for the two years it was stored with no pressure drop. I didnt notice any major leaks under the truck. I put it on a lift so you can see pics of the underside which looks clean. Being it was a north dakota truck, the previous owner had a engine block heater that he left plugged in for the cold months when he was driving it (video shows cord hanging down in front) The doors open and shut with no sag and the passenger side window was stuck in the up position and I did not want to force it to go down, probally needs a lube. The driver side window works great. Notice the metal tube on the interior passenger side kick panel, it is a holder for a fire extinguisher. Make sure to watch the video, study the pics so you know what you are buying as this is not a restored truck but a really neat original driving Survivor. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 563-568-5111 or 563-568-1182. I do not want to overcall this or undercall it, let the pics, video, and description tell the story. I require a $200 deposit non refundable within 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the truck, I will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. I invite you to come by appointment to check the truck out or hire ebay to do a independant inspection for you before placing a bid. I can help recommend shipper I have used in the past who have been very reasonable. Thanks and have fun bidding on this 1972 Chevy pick up truck!!!
