1939 Chevy Master Deluxe Business Coupe, with a good running409, T5 5 speed transmission, camaro rear end, front disc brakes, 1956 Corvette wheels and hubcaps. Gas tank has been vatted and lined. New carburetor, fuel pump, plugs/wires, starter, battery, clutch, battery, tie rod ends, pitman arm bushings, wiring harness, exhaust with flowmasters. The only gauge that is hooked up is the oil pressure, have a Stewart Warner temp gauge mounted under dash. Windshield is new but it got a small crack at the top. Door glass is cloudy and looks like the vent windows. Have new quarter window and rear window gaskets. Car is a time capsule from 1962, this is a very solid car with little rust.Car runs, drives and stops, but I have only put about 40 miles on it. Has a solid cam, valves could stand to be adjusted.Story I was told was this was a guys daily driver and in 1962 he bought a brand new crate 409 from the Chevy house and installed it. It looks like the casting numbers on the block are 068 which makes it a 1962 block. Car sat since 1983.
