Very straight and solid 55 Bel Air two door hardtop. I have owner history from new and tons of records on repairs and cosmetic restoration done in 1992. The car has it's original 265 V8 engine and Powerglide trans. It runs and drives well. It is a very nice tight car. The last owner in Texas let it sit under a carport for a few years but was always garaged prior to that. I have shown in a few pictures some places where the paint has flaked off with a little surface rust showing. There is no rust through or holes anywhere. This car is NOT rusty and has never been rusty. I would call this car a nice survivor that has never been hurt, wrecked, or damaged in any way. The doors close like they did when new. There are no surprises with this car. If you ever wanted an original unmolested car this is it. I have a copy of the original North Carolina title and list of the only five owners from day one. The last owner bought it in 1998. Only four thousand miles has been driven on this car since 1992 according to all the records that come with it. It has a modern radio located in the glove box. The passenger window has a crack. The exhaust system needs attention as it is louder than it should be. Overall this car is a time capsule. if you have any questions please feel free to call me at 901-487-9356 or e-mail me at pacecarcorral@aol.com. Thanks for looking, Jim Brannon
