Everything works on the car– speedometer, Heater, lights, console light, turn signals, dash lights, gauges, back up lights, and lights all work great. Heater and defrost work very good.
So the paint is about 10 years old. In very good condition. Not perfect, but very nice. The car is very straight.
The interior is in great shape, Has some slight wear on some of the painted dash areas below the key. There is slight dash rust at the bottom of the windshield at the top of the base. It appears to have all original glass.
Condition Overall the car is extremely nice, especially given that it is a 51 year old car. As far as we can tell it has only had one re paint and all of the metal IS ORIGINAL except the right fender. Very clean car overall but I would not call it a perfect show car, at least not to win trophy’s with. It’s more of a survivor style car, not really a full restoration. The underside has a new gas tank and fairly new exhausts, but it’s not a super cleaned and detailed underside. The engine starts up quick, doesn’t smoke, good oil pressure. The choke works. Has a nice rumble. It’s NOT loud. It’s NOT fast. It’s more of a cruiser type car. Everything works on the car. It’s an old school car. Back up lights, glove box light, tag lights, horns, power top all work. Here are the “picks” I have. The interior is very very nice. Only slight wear on the dash below the key. It has an aftermarket Classic Autosound AM FM but it come on and does not play. The BFG Silvertown REDLINE radials are fairly new. It does have a few chips here and there as well as minor paint scratches, but keep in mind it is an old ~79k mile car that is 51 years old, so that has to be expected. The paint is older and has a few minor blemishes here and there, but I do mean minor. They do not show up in pictures.
