Description of 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport |
Selling my 67 Camaro rally sport (resto mod). show quality condition, has won many shows and a magazine feature in Chevy High performance. Complete ground up resto, powder coated sub frame, finished underside, incredible 2 tone silver / charcoal paint job, stroked small block, overdrive Transmission, 4 wheel disc brakes etc... Drive train consists of a 383 stroker (450+ HP) small block to include: brand new (not rebuilt) 4 bolt block, 9.8:1 compression, comp cams 234/521 cam, double roller timing chain, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, Scorpion 1.6 ratio roller rockers, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap manifold (polished), topped by a Holley HP750 double pumper, MSD 6AL ignition, MSD pro billet distributor, March serpentine drive belt system and the radiator is a BE Cool aluminum with twin 10" electric fans (turns on automatically at 185*). Exhaust goes through Hooker Super Comp headers (ceramic coated), 2 1/2" all the way back, up over the rear end and dumped (I hate to see exhaust tips) with Dynomax mufflers. The transmission is a Bow Tie Overdrives stage III 700r4 with a 2400 stall, shifts are very quick and postitive. Rear end is a chevy 12 bolt with Eaton posi and 3.73 gears Wilwood disc brakes are 12.19" cross drilled and slotted rotors with 4 piston calipers at all four corners. The interior is all black, front seats are Corbeau GTS IIs, while the rear seat is stock with built up bolsters to simulate bucket seats. front and rear seats are covered to match,in leather with perforated centers. Door panels are stock RS door panels with hidden handles. The factory center console was utilized and a Lokar shifterisfitted at the factory location. Dakota Digital gauges fit inside the factory carrier, Ididit tiltsteering column (chrome) with a Billet Specialties steering wheel and Billet Specialtiespedals are also installed. the trunk iscarpeted as well andthe Optima battery is also mounted in the trunk with a billet battery hold down. Wheels are 18 " Rushforth"Whiplash" brushed centers with polished lips. Fronts are 18x8 with 245/40/18 BFG KDWs andthe rears are 18x9 with 265/40/18 BFG KDWs Suspensionconsists of Global West upper and lower control arms, QA1 coil overconversion (adjustable) and a Hotchkis sway bar, while in the rear Ihave Hotchkis drop leafs, QA1adjustable shocks and a Hotchkis sway bar. front and rear tied together with Competition Engineering sub-frameconnectors. Other goodies includebillet hood hinges by Ring Brothers, billet fender supports by Twist Machine, Billet grill, billet tail light housings by Marquez Designs,Sequential LED tail lights by Digitails, billet hood bumpersand a billet gas cap by Maruez Designs as well.
