Description of 1976 Chevrolet C-10

This is a 1976 Chevrolet C10 short bed fleet side Arizona truck with Arizona title. I will give as much info as possible below, please ask for any other specifics.
Body: looks good without any dents and very little rust that I can see, does have a couple of small paint bubbles near rear wheels and rust in the bed. Looks to have all of the chrome molding has front bumper and rear after market rear bumper, original rear bumper is included bet has some dents. Doors open and close without any issues, all of the weather stripping around the windows is dry and cracked and will need to be replaced. Window glass is good with no cracks.
Interior: Someone has done a few things to the inside, cheap black carpet installed on floor and dash. Bench seat looks good, only a small hole in seat cover on drivers side. Radio are has been cut but the flaps are still in place and could be fixed. This is a factory A/C truck but it doesn't work and would need some if not all parts replaced. All of the gauges and clock seam to work, lights work but the windshield wipers don't and neither does the horn. Original steering wheel has been replaced.
Wheels/tires: The rims are in great shape with Chevrolet center caps and beauty rings, tires look almost new as well.
Engine and drivetrain: The engine code is shown in picks 3970014, comes up as a 70-73 5.7 350 so is probably not original. At some point the pulley system has been changed to a serpentine belt. Carburetor, manifold, air cleaner and various other parts have been changed to chrome. Motor fires right up but does start smoking on drivers side exhaust, was told it is the valve guides. Sounds great, no knocking or other weird noises. I am pretty sure the tranny is a turbo 350, shifts to all gears just fine but does leak from the pan gasket a little. Radiator has been changed to aluminum larger size as well.
