Description of 1966 Chevrolet Corvette

This is a Numbers Matching Original Born with L-79 327 350 HP Motor and Muncie 4-Speed Trans and 336 Posi Rear. . The car is Originally Marina Blue with Blue Interior and a white soft-top. It is a Soft top only car. It has the Original Numbers matching engine. ransmission and rear end. It has 336 posi rear. The Carb is the Only part that is not Original. it has a Holley 600 on it now. The Car has factory power windows and power steering. The Body was Clipped at one time a long time ago with a 1967 Rear end. It was done well and is hardly noticeable. The Body is in xlnt Condition from the doors back as the pix show. you can see the bonding strips and it is nice. The Front end was not stripped as I was Going to replace the entire front clip with a correct front with bonding strips. It has been repaired in a couple of places in the front and had a new non press molded parking valance. I beleive it has repair to the right fender around the louvre area. Overall the front could be repaired if you wanted. The Frame has no damage or Rust/rot. It has always been a california car. All of the front end Suspension bushings were replaced with Polyurethane with zirc Fittings to allow being greased. The Motor Runs Great but the car has around 80K miles on it. The trans and rear were rebuilt but the motor has not been rebuilt. I was in the middle of restoring the car. It Comes with all New Al Knock Interior in the boxes. Dash pads. arpet. oor panels. ick panels and other trim. The Car is Complete and not missing anything as it was a daily driver before it was parked. It is still registered or Non Oped and no Registration fees or problems. There is also a set of Repo Knock Off wheels that come with it as they were on it. The Car was a California Smog car. but I do not have the smog. This is a Great Car for a restoration and will be worth a Good amount of money when done. it is a desireable color combo and a great drivetrain. The Brakes are working except there is a slow leak on the left front caliper. The Car Runs and Drives. Car is sold as Is and Please ask all questions Via E-mail before bidding.
