Up for bid is a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air two door Hardtop. It has its original 265 V8 and automatic powerglide Transmission that have never been removed from the car. It is India Ivory/Regal Turquoise in color with matching interior. The car runs great and starts at a flick of the key. It drives nice but the brakes do pull. The car has been repainted at some point in its life and some body work was done at that point. I think this was a long time ago, in the 70`s I'm guessing. It has some or the typical Bel Air issues but Very solid for the year. The rocker panels will need work and behind the rear bumper. Also on the side of the trunk is somerust by where the original jack instructions remain. The interior is very nice for an original interior, but it has had the lower covered atone point. All the windows roll up and down as they should. Therewas original paperwork in the glove box, some instructions that hung on the dash whennew and some other instructions as well as the original keys. The car was purchased 4 blocks from the dealership it was sold new at. A woman bought it new in 1955 andkept it the rest of her lif, passed it to her son whom did the same. I purchased it from the estate. Please look at all pictures and feel free to call or text me after 3:00 P.M. with any questions you may have at (937)658-2717. If you do text before 3 I will reply as soon as possible as I work third shift. The car is for sale as is, where is with no warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping, but I will do what I can to work with shippers. I will require a immediate deposit of $300 at auction end with the balance due within five business days of auction close.
