1972 Corvette LS5This Corvette Has been setting in a body shop for several years and The owner of this car has given up on it. It is a 1972 Corvette LS5 454 big block car. The emission sticker is still present and the vin verifies the engine with the 5th digit being a W. The bad news is the engine is now gone along with the hood. I did a quick inventory on the car and it looks like the rest of the car is there with some very hard to find parts like the front grills, wiper door assembly, removableback glass, spare tire tub, ETC. The frame wascompletelyrestored, blasted painted with all new parts including front suspension and steeringcomponents, new trailing arms, new gas tank, all new fuel and brake lines, all new calipers and rotors, new rear spring and hardware. The original Heavy duty rear end was rebuilt and the 400 turbo transmission was rebuilt. Essentiallythe chassis has had over 10k invested in it and is done and ready to go. It comes with a brand new Corvette image jig assembled black glass front end with the inner fender wells and all the correct bonding strips. It also has a new core support. The cost of this clip was $4800.00 beforefreight. The rest of the body looks good with original quarter panels and a replacement tail panel. The birdcage and windshield frame are very solid with only surface rust. The interior is pretty much there NO door panels but the gauges and dash is all there. The seats have been taken apart and blasted and painted. There are box and boxes of parts way too many to list. This may sound crazy, but you will not be able to drive this one home. Just though I would add that before a get 10questionsasking that. A little Ebayhumor. If you have any questions give me a call 419-971-6813
