This '70 Monte Carlo was originally a 402ci 4-speed car, but has now been upgraded to a GM 454ci and Tremec TKO 5-speed! This previous owner had this Monte for 2 years. In total, the car has about 1,000 miles on it since the completion of its restoration 4 years ago. He re-painted the car, gave it a new interior, replaced the whole front end with new components, bought new tires and wheels, and added a new hood, deck lid and vinyl top! The undercarriage on this Monte is in great shape; the factory undercoating remains, along with the original floorboards and trunk floor!
