Up forsale is my 73' caprice. It has a numbers matching 400v8 and turbo 400 trans. Car runs good and shifts good however it needs a new battery and the choke linkage fixed on the carburetor. It will also most likely need a full servicing as this car has not been on the road in about 10 years. It will need a brand new top installed and the interior cleaned up. The passenger side door panel will need to be replaced. The seats have some mildew on them. They will clean up pretty nice however the front bench seat does have a tear in it. There is an aftermarket radio installed in the car as well. The floor pans are solid however the trunk pan will need to be replaced. It has deteriorated quit a bit. There is also a spot on the rear lower passenger side quarter panel that will need to be patched as well. The car comes with the fender skirts as you can see on the car. The paint is actually in good shape. You can actually get by with a wet sand and buff to bring out the original color and just fix the areas on the lower passenger side of the car that need attention. Floor pans are solid. The AC compressor is not the original. It was replaced with one that came off a 73' impala. On a scale of 1-10 I give this car about a 5. 5. It is all there and intact and for the age its in good shape for one that has not been restored. I have set the reserve at a respectable price for what the car is worth.
