TRUCK NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION BY EXPERIENCED CAR RESTORER WHO HAS THE KNOWLEDG, TOOLS, SHOP ECT TO DO AN OFF FRAME ON THIS TRUCK OWNED BY SAME PERSON SINCE 1982 ORIGINAL PURCHASED BY SCHOOL IN ARKANSAS NEW AND USED UNTIL 1964 SOLD TO EMPLOYEE WHO HAD DRIVEN TRUCK SINCE NEW AND STORED ON FARM PURCHASED AT PATE SWAP MEET IN 1982 BY CURRENT OWNER WHO DOES OFF FRAME RESTORATIONS AS A PERSONAL HOBBY NEVER GOT TO THIS TRUCK TO RESTORE AS MANY PROJECTS CAME UP. THIS TRUCK HAS ALL ORIGINAL SEATS, BUMBERS, WINDOW GLASSS EXCEPT CLAMSHELL WINDOW WHICH AS REPLACED DURING OWNERSHIP BY SCHOOL HAS ALL ORIGINAL RIMS SPARE TIRE CARRIER NO RADIO 3 SPEED ON COLUMN ALL WINDOW MOLDINGS, MISSING DRIVERS SIDE OUTSIDE MIRROR BUT HAS ARM. BODY DOES HAVE NUMEROUS RUST ISSUES WHICH HAS TO BE REPAIRED ONE AT A TIME. BODY HAS ONLY A DENT ON LEFT REAR FENDER LOOKS LIKE IT RUBBED A POST AT SOME TIME. HAS ALL ENGINE ACCS ORIGINAL AIR CLEANER, CHEV OIL FILTER ACCS ORIGINAL HOSES CLAMPS ECT. THIS IS A BIG PROJECT BUT ALL ORIGINAL PARTS ARE THERE ON TRUCK WILL NEED FRONT FLOOR PAN REPLACED. RESTORED CORRECTLY AND ORIGINAL THIS IS A VERY LARGE DOLLAR TRUCK. WOULD ALSO MAKE SUPER STREET ROD BUT SINCE TRUCK IS TOTALLY FACTORY ORIGINAL GOING ORIGINAL WOULD MAKE TRUCK PROBABLY MORE VALUABLE. THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST ORIGINAL COMPLETE UNRESTORED 47 53 SUBURBAN IN EXISTANCE.. ALSO HAVE A NEW 1940 216 SHORTBLOCK STILL ON BLOCKS AND FACTORY HEAVY GREASE THAT WAS OBTAIN FROM CHEVY DEALER IN 1961 IN HIS OLD PARTS WAREHOUSE THAT IS AVAILALBE FOR SEPERATE PURCHASE BUT USING THE ENGINE THAT IS IN THE TRUCK WOULD KEEP IT CORRECT THIS TRUCK IS LISTED IN SEVERAL SELLING VENUES SO COULD BE SOLD BEFORE HAND LISTED AT NO RESERVE PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS THRU EBAY THAT YOU MAY HAVE
