This car was built from the chassis up to be one of the finest examples of the 61 Impala that you'll ever see. It features a rust free, laser straight body restored to perfection with all new trim, glass, and chrome. The drivetrain is an LS2-all aluminum 6L with a 6L-80E six speed automatic transmission, and the engine features a variable displacement and should get around 25 mpg at a 75 mph cruising speed. It is equipped with a full two and a half inch custom built stainless exhaust system with magnaflow mufflers. There are four wheel disc brakes powered by a hydro boost brake system along with drop spindles, adjustable coil over shocks, hotchkis performance sway bars, 500 series power steering, finished with 20'' and 18'' Coys custom black chrome wheels, with Michelin premium high speed radial tires. The entire engine bay has been smoothed and customized with a modern look. Inside the interior no detail has been left untouched. There is a full custom black sim leather interior along with a Dakota digital dash, vintage air, and a custom auto sound stereo system keeping the look of the dash classic with updated features. The car was covered in 600ft of sound deadened under the entire interior and trunk, which also features a custom sim leather interior. This is a full show car that was built to drive and last.
