The car was built at the General Motors plant in Framingham, Massachusetts in July 1965. At that time it was sold to a women in Malden, MA byBrennan Chevrolet,1555 Main St., Brockton Mass. She owned the car thru 2002 roughly, at that point she was unable to drive anymore. She then sold it to a gentleman and he restored it to its current condition. Redone in original interior and exterior colors.Car is all matching numbers. Mileage believed to be correct from history I have researched. the original L-6 230CI Engine and 2 speed powerglide transmission. The in-line six engine was an option, at that time, very few remain today due to the removal and installation of a higher power eight cylinder engine! The only upgrades to the car are a Offenhauser dual carb and true duel exhaust and an electronic ignition/distributor, The rims are off a later model SS. I have the original manifold and parts. Protect-O-Plate is included.I even have the original dealership salesman's business card and a hand written note to the new owners back in 1965! Everything works in the car, all the gauges, lights, odometer, wipers,door locks, etc. All the trim is intact and in excellent shape, more pictures upon request.
