Description of 1991 Chevrolet Other Pickups --

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the bes...t of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1991 Chevrolet Blazer 4x4 with just 148k original miles. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. It is finished in a nice dark gray and red two tone with painted top and matching gray cloth interior. I would rate the exterior of this Blazer to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking truck. The finish shines nicely all around. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. As with any older truck, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The only bad thing really worth disclosing is the presence of some rust, as you should expect at this age. From what I can tell, the driver's door jam is rusted through. There is rust through on both rear fenders and I can see rust under the tail gate. Under the truck, the frame shows normal surface rust but looks solid. The only things I saw under the truck to be concerned about is one of the body mounts on the left side is rusted through. It's on the outside of the frame rail and doesn't look to be supporting anything...but it surely won't improve with time. You'll probably have to do some rust repair for next inspection, depending on your state's inspection laws. All of the chrome looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory rallye wheels look good and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time to look at each of the photos and realize that this truck will need some rust repair at some point. I would rate the interior of this Blazer to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets are in remarkable condition for their age and look barely used. As with most of these, the dash shows a few cracks, but it also remarkably clean. Also, the seats look as if they've never been used. Both front seats and the rear bench are clean, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The center console is completely intact, too. Everything in the dash works. The radio is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be in good working order. The air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. the heater works well. The windows roll up and down easily. The back window comes up crooked (probably one of the tabs is broken on the regulator) so it takes one person to push the button and one to guide it up. The cargo area is spacious and clean. A full set of factory OE floor mats are included. Pride in ownership shows throughout this truck. She comes with two sets of keys, a full set of owner's books as well as the original window sticker. If you're looking for a nice square nose to restore or drive, this exceptionally clean Blazer really turns heads the way it is. Mechanically, this Blazer appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 350ci V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an old truck. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels pretty tight for a vehicle of this era. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The engine feels strong and smooth. She hits the road nice and straight. As with any old truck, she wonders a bit...but nothing I would consider unusual for a truck of this age. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The automatic hubs have been upgraded with manual hubs. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she cruises easily. This Blazer has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of October, 2017. These trucks are getting hard to find. Most of the market is flooded with restored / pristine trucks that cost a fortune...and then there are a few basket cases for cheap. A good, middle of the road Blazer is getting hard to come by. If you're looking for one of these and don't want a basket case, don't let this truck slip by. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
