Description of 1965 Chevrolet Impala Base |
I have a 1965 Chevy Impala Conv. with rear end damage. Car was perfect and a semi took the rear quarters. I have all the parts to make the repair but due to age and time constraints cant get it done. This car Has new top, new interior (seats) carpet, Ididit chrome steering column, riccaro leather wrapped steering wheel, new hyd pump lines and cylinders for the convertible top. The drive train consists of a 4 bolt main 1970, 350 engine bored 30 over, brodix heads and intake manifold, holly 600cfm manual chock carb. hooker black powder coated headers. new hayes clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. It was an original 283 manual trans car and I replaced it with a Muncie M20 4 speed trans. rear gear is a 370-1. About 400 horsepower conservatively. I have two rear quarters, 1 gas tank a sending unit. Led tail lights trunk floor pan floor pan extensions bumper brackets, tail panel, tail panel extension and a short piece of frame for the rear crossmember. Used deck lid. (hard to find) even the old clock works. I was a really nice car. If a person had the talent to fix thix he would have a true classic muscle car. Red exterior red interior and a white top beautiful Hard to loose this one no choice |
