Description of 1947 Chevrolet Other

Let me start by saying -- I'm not a classic car guy. I am not an expert on this thing. Also. NO RESERVE!!I originally purchased this car from California less than 6 months ago and had it shipped to MA as a company promotional vehicle. simply because I fell in love with the look of it. The first picture of it was when we used it at Fenway Park. I will start by copying the description from the person I bought it from. then describe what has been done since:"Barn find custom 2 door 1947 chevy fleet line aero sedan. this car has been sitting 30+ years was built back in the late 60's early 70's. it has caddy headlights it's been chopped not sure how much but gaps are nice rear fenders are molded on it has what looks to be some ford taillights molded to the rear. the body work is very nice. can't find any signs of rust in paint. The turn floor and frame all look very solid NO ROT. It has all glass cut but not finished the rear window is poleax doesn't fit right i put a new fuel tank in and powered up an electric pump it fired right up and runs smooth. it has all int garnish moldings not cut. it looks like it's a 70's small block chevy with an hei quadrajet and a turbo 350 trans. it has a pontiac rear end. runs and drives and goes through all the gears but i have only driven it around the neighborhood and it needs all wiring. starts and runs and charges but only has brake lights hooked up. "Starts right up without any issues. Engine purrs. Since then I have had the super professional team at Vintage Motorcars in CT do additional work. They did a fantastic job custom re-building the rear ends with new bushings. bearings. leaf springs and shocks. They have also done a disc brake conversion and installed new front tires. I have the full wiring harness. new chrome rear and side mirrors. as well as moldings and other miscellaneous parts. This could be an AMAZING car if put in the right hands.
