I bought this car for my boy but he got my 59 Impala convertible and this doesn't interest him any more. I'm disabled and well into my 70s so have no aspirations over this now. These are fairly hard to find and personally I think a finished Brookwood has cleaner lines then an Impala. Just wanting to get back what I have in it. I see 66K was turned down for a restored one at the Mecum Indianapolis sale this spring. The floor pan I can't tell you about but I see new ones on Ebay for 900 bucks, free shipping and if it doesn't need one, you're money ahead. There would be some "sweat equity" in a restoration on this but at this price you're getting about the most desirable Chevy year and a little rarer body style at a good price. I'll say this much, you won'tmeet yourself coming down the road in this and at car shows you'll probably never be compared to another one.
